In-Home Massage Therapy and Spa Services

~ Helpful Information ~

General Information ~ We bring everything needed to offer ultimate comfort during your appointment including a massage table, table warmer, fresh linens, bolsters and body pillows (for Pre-natal Massage) and massage oils and/or body scrubs for the scheduled treatment.

Before scheduling your appointment you should consider an area in your home that will accommodate a 5'x7' space.  We prefer to work on a lower level floor in your home if possible because we are only able to carry our supplies and massage table up one flight of stairs.

Please consider where we will be able to park for at least two hours (for a one-hour appointment) without disturbing any other household members so that your session will be uninterrupted to ensure complete relaxation.

If you are scheduling (2) one-hour appointments the same day please block out three hours of time. This allows for set-up, each  massage, changing linens between clients and break-down without rushing.

Background music is an important component for your session to offer complete relaxation and will be according to your taste. We will be glad to bring CD's, our iPod or you can use your own during the appointment. We can also bring an iPod docking station upon request.

Hours ~ We begin taking appointments at 1:00pm and schedule our last appointment at 9:00pm.

(Tracy is only available for appointments from Thursday through Sunday until December 2007.)

Advance notice for scheduling is appreciated for all appointments. Weekends are the busiest time for us so advance scheduling will ensure that you will be able to have your desired appointment day and time.

Appointments We can only accept the scheduling, chancing and canellations by direct telephone contact. This ensures that there is no lost communication for either party.

Cancellations ~ 12-hour cancellation notice is required but 24-hour notice is always appreciated.

Because we are a small business and have limited resources, giving us enough notice to cancel your appointment allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client. If a cancellation is received immediately before your scheduled appointment time we will be unable to fill the time slot leaving other clients without appointments and us without clients. We do, however, understand that emergencies happen and we try to be sympathetic to life's unpredictable nuances. 


Payment information ~ We accept cash, checks and credit cards (Visa & MasterCard) as methods of payment. If you are paying by credit card we need to process the payment before the appointment. We will be able to provide a receipt for services upon request.


** IMPORTANT: As flu and cold season approaches we would like to inform all clients that we cannot schedule or keep an appointment if you are sick.

Under these circumstances we will accept a cancellation that is less than 12 hours notice.

In most cases, you will feel much worse the following day and it also leaves us open to your cold or flu symptoms.
